TPA Injection OD:

Proparacaine applied OD. Anesthetized with Iso/O2 via mask. OD prepped with dilute betadine. TPA 0.1ml injected into the anterior chamber by Dr. MS (ophtho). Evaluation several minutes later she felt subjectively already looked a bit clearer. Applied drop of ofloxacin OD.

Physical Therapy:

Removed L wing-to-body wrap. There is boney callus formation at the ulnar fracture site. Did PROM of carpus, elbow, and shoulder. Able to get adequate extension at the carpus and elbow. Replaced body wrap.

Recovered from anesthesia uneventfully.
